Shipping Policy: We use UPS as our primary carrier, you can check your shipping cost within your shipping cart by entering your 5-digit zip code. Additional Freight charges may apply on heavy or bulky products.

Return Policy: We do have 30 days return policy on DEFECTIVE merchandise; Buyer has to contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the DEFECTIVE merchandise. No returns will be accepted without authorization. We will only accept returns in its original packaging and condition. Please note that returning of non-defective merchandise will be charged 15% restocking fee. Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order.
