1. When will my order ship?

Normally, your packages will be shipped by UPS ground within 2 to 3 days. We will immediately notify you by email if your order has been shipped out. Should there be any anticipated delays, you will be also informed and you may decide either cancel your order or make it back order.

2. How much is the shipping charge?

We use UPS as our primary carrier, you can check your shipping cost within your shipping cart by entering your 5-digit zip code. Should you order large volume merchandises and prefer using your own shipping carrier, you can contact us to arrange for picking up in our warehouse location. Please email us at pickup@doublequality.com or call us (718) 820-6580 or fax (718) 228-8168 to arrange a date so that we can have your order prepared, checked and ready to ship on the date.  We will confirm your pickup date.

3. What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. We also accept Money Order and Certified Check. However, we do not accept company/personal check at this moment. With order more than $1,000 in total, we will contact you to verify your order before shipping the package.

4. What is your minimum order requirement?

For wholesale orders, we require a $300 minimum checkout in wholesale items. Unlike other wholesale vendors who require you to order minimum quantities on certain items, we have no restriction on quantities you would like to order. You can order 10 dozens, 1 dozen or just 1 piece of a particular item if you prefer. This means you can afford to purchase an unlimited variety of products and offer your customers a wider range of selections, without having to risk unnecessary inventory.

5. Do you sell only to wholesalers and distributors?

Yeah, we only sell to wholesalers, and retailers. We do not sell to public on our website. All orders within our website are wholesale orders only.

6. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been sent to our warehouse, it is possible. Typically, you can cancel your order within 24 hours.  Should you cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, you will be charged 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost. In order to provide better service and price, your support to us is very important.

7. Can I find particular merchandise on your website for manufacturing?

We try our best to offer you the quality products, if you want to put your brand name on the products we are selling, you can submit your inquiry to us, we will get back to you with all the detail information ASAP.
